Jameel Motors Signs Agreement to Assemble GAC Vehicles in Egypt
Jameel Motors, a leading provider of mobility solutions and partner of choice to top automotive brands, and the exclusive distributor of GAC in Egypt, has announced the signing of an agreement with GAC for the local assembly of the GS3 Emzoom model at the Egyptian German Automotive’s (EGA) manufacturing facilities.
The announcement was made during the opening of its latest GAC flagship showroom on the Ring Road in New Cairo, as part of Jameel Motor’s continued expansion plans across Egypt in 2026, coinciding with its 20th anniversary of operations in the Egyptian market.
The agreement was signed during the showroom opening ceremony, attended by Wayne Wei, President of GAC International; Hasan Al-Alami, Senior Managing Director of Jameel Motors Africa; Karim Abo El Fadl, Regional General Manager of Jameel Motors Egypt; Karim Sami Saad, Chairman of NATCO Group; and Yasser Saleh, CEO of Egyptian German Automotive (EGA).

The new showroom has been designed around a modern flagship showroom concept aimed at elevating the customer experience at every stage, from arrival to vehicle handover.
The facility features a dedicated reception area, vehicle display and sales spaces, a comfortable customer lounge, and a dedicated vehicle delivery area.
In terms of commercial performance, Jameel Motors has already doubled GAC sales compared to 2025, further consolidating its position at the forefront of GAC sales across Africa.
This outstanding performance was also recognized with the Gold Award for Best Global Distributor in 2026.
Alongside the continued expansion of its showroom and aftersales service network, Jameel Motors is preparing to introduce up to five new GAC models in the coming period.
The planned launches will cater to a diverse range of customer needs and preferences, further expanding the choices available to customers in the Egyptian market.
