Raya Smart Buildings Strengthens Operational Excellence with Three ISO Certifications for EDGE Innovation Center
Raya Smart Buildings, a portfolio company of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, announced that EDGE Innovation Center has obtained three ISO certifications covering facility management, energy management and quality management: ISO 41001:2018, ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 9001:2026, respectively.
Issued by AJA-Egypt, the certificates cover the provision of flexible workspaces, business facilities and integrated facility management services at the registered site on the first floor of KOV Mall in New Cairo. The certificates record an original registration date of October 26, 2026, and an expiry date of October 25, 2029, subject to continued compliance with the certification requirements.
Together, the three certifications reinforce EDGE Innovation Center’s integrated approach to managing its facilities, energy use and service quality, supporting Raya Smart Buildings’ commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
ISO 41001:2018 covers facility management systems, ISO 50001:2018 covers energy management systems, and ISO 9001:2026 covers quality management systems. These complementary areas support consistent service delivery, efficient facility operations and improved energy performance across the certified scope.
