Rowad Modern Engineering Awarded New Sadat Industrial Park Integrated Infrastructure Project
Rowad Modern Engineering has been awarded the New Sadat Industrial Park Integrated Infrastructure Networks Project for Elsewedy Industrial Development (SDM).
Spanning a total area of 1,000,000 m², the project represents a major step toward enabling Egypt’s next generation of integrated industrial communities and supporting sustainable industrial expansion.
Strategically positioned within Egypt’s Cairo–Alexandria industrial and logistics corridor, New Sadat Industrial Park is designed to support investment attraction, operational efficiency, future industrial expansion, and long-term economic growth.
Through the delivery of advanced and sustainable infrastructure networks, the project is expected to create lasting value for industries, surrounding communities, and the national economy, while reinforcing Egypt’s position as a competitive industrial and investment destination in the region.

The scope of work includes civil works and site preparation, along with wastewater and stormwater drainage networks, potable water supply and firefighting systems, irrigation networks, medium- and low-voltage electrical infrastructure including distribution panels and cabling, road lighting systems, communication duct networks, supporting buildings, and a wastewater treatment plant.
The project will be carried out with a strong emphasis on operational sustainability, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
It will be delivered under a comprehensive design review and construction framework agreement over a period of 24 months, ensuring that all project components meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and long-term value.
