MAG secures preliminary approval from ACUD for La Reva Signature Residence
Methaq Arab Group (MAG) has achieved a major milestone in the development of its flagship luxury residential project, La Reva Signature Residence, in Egypt’s New Capital, securing preliminary approval from the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) company.
The approval comes alongside the completion of several critical engineering and technical stages, accelerating the project’s delivery schedule and reinforcing the company’s commitment to executing the development according to the highest international standards of quality, efficiency, and operation standards.

Al-Amoudi stated that the La Reva Signature Residence project forms a key part of MAG’s strategy to reinforce its footprint in the Egyptian real estate market through the development of high-quality projects that draw on the group’s extensive experience across Gulf markets, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
He noted that the project is a cornerstone within the group’s expansion roadmap for the coming years, pointed out that the project, located in a prime location within the R8 residential district of the New Capital, has achieved significant progress in a short period.
All architectural and engineering designs have been completed in accordance with the approved timeline and aligned with the latest international standards for smart and sustainable residential communities, Al-Amoudi disclosed.
He further explained that the group has successfully completed and submitted the ministerial decree documentation and obtained initial approval from the ACUD. This milestone reflects full compliance with the planning, regulatory, and construction requirements governing developments in the New Capital.
