Since Its Launch in January 2025: “Tawsilty” Exceeds EGP 35.5 Million in Sales, Targets EGP 50 Million with Upper Egypt Expansion Plan

Tawsilty,” the Egyptian technology-driven startup specializing in on-demand delivery services, has delivered a strong performance since its official launch in January 2025, achieving total sales exceeding EGP 35.5 million within just one year.
The platform has fulfilled approximately 180,000 orders through its app, reflecting growing demand and rising user confidence in its services.
The company has recorded accelerated growth rates, bringing it close to the EGP 50 million sales mark in the coming period. This growth is driven by an increase in daily orders, an expanding customer base, and the continuous enlargement of its network of partner restaurants and retail outlets.

Tawsilty Customers and 650 Partners: A Model Supporting Local Businesses
The Tawsilty app currently serves more than 40,000 customers and collaborates with around 650 partner restaurants and stores across various sectors. Its operating model is based on direct partnerships and the support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), contributing to local economic activity and community development.
The company aims to increase the number of partners to 3,000 during the next phases of expansion, with a focus on enhancing service quality, expanding geographical coverage, and delivering digital solutions tailored to local market needs—particularly in Upper Egypt.
Starting from Upper Egypt: Fayoum and Beni Suef as the First Markets
Tawsilty began its operations in the governorates of Fayoum and Beni Suef in Northern Upper Egypt, where it quickly established a strong market presence.
The platform has also contributed to the creation of direct and indirect job opportunities in the delivery and digital services sectors, relying on local talent and partners from within these governorates.
Expansion Plan Targeting All Upper Egypt Governorates
According to its strategic expansion plan, Tawsilty aims in the next phase to roll out services across all Upper Egypt governorates as an initial step, followed by gradual expansion into other governorates nationwide, with the goal of achieving comprehensive national coverage within less than five years.
The company emphasized that choosing Upper Egypt as its primary launch point reflects its commitment to bridging the digital gap and providing modern technology services to markets that have yet to receive adequate access to digital solutions.
Founder’s Statement
Dr. Mostafa Thabet, Founder of the Tawsilty app, stated that the results achieved since the platform’s launch in January 2025 underscore the success of its founding vision—building a strong Egyptian platform that serves local communities while keeping pace with digital transformation.
“We started from Upper Egypt with a clear focus on supporting local restaurant and retail partners. Within just one year, we have built a customer base exceeding 40,000 users and partnered with around 650 businesses, and we are targeting 3,000 partners in the next phase,” Thabet said.
He added that Tawsilty’s ambitions extend beyond digital expansion to achieving sustainable economic and social impact by creating jobs, supporting local enterprises, and delivering reliable services at competitive prices.
An Egyptian Model for Sustainable Growth
The founder emphasized that Tawsilty represents a homegrown Egyptian model for tech startups capable of achieving genuine, needs-driven growth rather than superficial expansion. He noted that the upcoming phase will focus on further developing the platform’s technological infrastructure, enhancing user experience, and expanding the range of services offered.
Dr. Thabet concluded by affirming that Tawsilty aims to cement its position as one of Egypt’s leading delivery platforms, playing an active role in supporting the digital economy and advancing sustainable local development.
