Agricultural Bank of Egypt Warns Job Applicants Against Fake Pages Spreading False Information About Recruitment
The Agricultural Bank of Egypt (ABE) has issued an official statement warning against the spread of fake pages and unofficial accounts on social media promoting false information regarding the bank’s recruitment process for the positions of “Banker” and “Specialist.” The bank confirmed that applications are accepted exclusively through the official link announced earlier, without any intermediaries or external parties involved. Reaffirming its commitment to transparency and equal opportunity for all applicants, ABE stressed that all stages of the selection process are conducted solely through the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) in accordance with the highest standards of fairness and integrity. The statement also highlighted that certain individuals and online entities are falsely offering training materials or claiming to provide preferential access to the recruitment process in exchange for money. The bank warned against dealing with such entities or believing their misleading claims. The Agricultural Bank of Egypt urged all applicants to rely only on its official social media channels for updates and announcements regarding the recruitment process, emphasizing that the bank bears no responsibility for any financial dealings or misinformation circulated by unofficial sources. This warning comes as part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to protect job seekers from recruitment fraud and ensure that all hiring stages comply with professional and legal standards
