Q Developments Secures Approvals and Licenses for Q Hills in New Zayed
Q Developments announced that its Q Hills project in New Zayed has secured the required ministerial approvals and licenses, marking a key milestone in the project’s development. This reflects the fulfillment of the relevant regulatory requirements and supports the project’s transition into a new phase of execution in line with the company’s plans, as construction work continues according to the targeted schedule in preparation for the upcoming stages of development.
Securing the required approvals and licenses comes as part of Q Developments’ strategy to develop fully integrated real estate projects based on a clear vision that combines quality execution, thoughtful design, and genuine value for customers. Q Hills is Q Developments’ first project in West Cairo and reflects the company’s strategy of developing integrated residential communities. The project spans 24 feddans in a strategic
location in New Zayed, directly on the Dabaa Axis, just minutes away from Sheikh Zayed City and Sphinx International Airport, providing convenient connectivity to key roads and destinations
across West Cairo.
